Feasibility Reports – Housing Partnerships produces specialised feasibility studies comprising

  • Property information: location; structure; comparative analysis; service status; planning status/history, etc
  • Central Government and local Borough Policies relevant to site – synopses of relevant Area Action Plans, Supplementary Planning Documents and Local Development Frameworks (replacing Unitary Development Plan). This also includes copies of all relevant documents, SPD’s, LDF’s, UDP’s and AAP’s.
  • Registered Social Landlord information: holdings of particular RSL’s in the area; relevant RSL relationships with local authority; financial status/history of RSL’s.
  • Changes that are suggested: to Maximise Social Housing Grant; to fit in with RSL requirements (HQI’s, Eco homes, Lifetimes Homes Standards, Code for Sustainable Homes, etc.); for smooth relationships with each Borough.
  • Conclusions: List of conclusions & suggestions for use - either Affordable/Private/Commercial/Site Sale/Planning again, etc.
